Anita Oyakhilome’s Name & Picture Reportedly Removed from “Rhapsody of Realities” Devotional


In the midst of Pastor Chris and Anita Oyakhilome‘s divorce saga, yet another controversy has emerged.

According to City People, Anita’s name has been removed from the October edition of Christ Embassy’s Rhapsody of Realities devotional, which she usually co-authors. The alleged front and back cover of the new edition is shown above.

Lagos State Trains 80 Females to Drive Commercial “BRT” Buses


Lagos state is currently training 80 women to drive commercial LAGBUS buses, popularly known as “BRT”.

Mass transportation firm, LAGBUS Asset Management is conducting the training, Punch reports.The managing director of the company, Babatunde Disu, stated that the inclusion of women in the training program constituted a part of the state’s efforts to provide equal employment opportunities for females  in Lagos.

Another Church Building Collapses in Edo State


Barely two weeks after a church building collapsed in Uzama Street, Off Oliha Quartres, in Egor Local Government of Edo State, leaving one person dead and injuring no fewer than three others, another church building has collapsed at Asoro Slope, off Ekenwan Road in Benin.

The church auditorium, which belongs to the Liberty Power Bible Church Incorporated, was said to have collapsed around 1.30pm after a heavy rainstorm on Sunday.

Buhari, Atiku Clash Ahead 2015


Two strong Presidential aspirants under the platform of the main opposition party, All Progressives Congress, APC, at the weekend clashed.

Vanguard reported that, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and former vice-president Atiku Abubakar, shared divers opinion over the procedure for adopting the 2015 presidential candidate for the party.

It was gathered that at the end of the party’s National Executive Committee, NEC meeting last weekend, the party was unable to compromise on the issue as supporters of the major aspirants held strongly to their positions.
