Human Barbie HATES Her Nickname! She Thinks Everyone's Just Jealous!

Human Barbie totally doesn't want you to call her that.
Hu-- we mean, Valeria Lukyanova recently opened up on Cosmo's website about how she really feels about the nickname -- aka Human Barbie -- she's been given, saying:
I don't think they are right. I think it's even a little degrading and insulting, but I'm used to it now. I have to comply with it because it's become part of my aesthetic image, but I don't like it.
The Ukranian model obviously got the name due to the striking resemblance she bears to her doll doppelgänger, regardless of whether or not she uses Photoshop in her pictures.

But while she hates the name that's literally made her internet famous, she continues to use #Barbie in her photos, since it's not part of her brand:

When people look for me, they look for me with that hashtag. I'm the most popular [Barbie] copy in the world. When people say 'Barbie,' it's clear that it's associated with me, not anyone else.
She thinks the reason people are so quick to compare her to the iconic toy is less about their similarities and more about haters' jealousy:
I think they just really envy me because they don't have a pretty face or a pretty figure. They eat at McDonald's, and that's how they defend themselves. They laugh and say that they don't need this. If this didn't bother them inside, they wouldn't laugh. They have envy.
What do U think?? Is the nickname degrading? Let us know in the comments!
